Roxoah has a wrist condition that does not allow him to work for more than 2~4 hours per day. This also puts him out of commission every now and then for several days as he needs to let inflammations heal. Please do not expect your commission to be delivered within a week as this is impossible.

They are of legal age

They will credit Roxoah for the work, when reposting the commissioned work, and only post the files with ‘web’ in the filename.

They will not Mint/use the art for AI purposes

The work is for personal use only and may not be used for unauthorised commercial use, unless we agreed upon a commercial commission.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion (unless you’ve bought full commercial rights).

You are not allowed to copy, trace or heavily edit the work in any way, unless given permission beforehand.

You may edit the piece for icons in terms of cropping for banners, icons and headers.

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your personal use only (ie. NOT for sale).

Roxoah reserves the right to refuse any project

Projects are only officially accepted once an invoice has been issued and paid.

You will need to provide completed reference materials for your character/project. (unless it is a custom design commission; you will need mood boards/inspiration boards instead.)

I will only accept EUR (‘Euros’) as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions. PayPal handles this automatically.

First payment must be received upon delivery of the invoice within 10 days. (you will be reminded once if you fail to deliver. Failure to deliver again will result in an invoice termination and your project will be cancelled. I will not work with you in the future.)

Payment is up front. I will not start your commission until the payment has been fully received.

Vtuber models option A: there is a 50/50 split payment possibility. 50% up front and 50% after completed model art. (model cutting will be done upon invoice completion)

Vtuber models option B: 33% up front, 33% after sketch, remainder upon model completion.

I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidents. Do not send me any kind of payment without me having sent you an invoice.

Payments via Paypal are sent via Invoice method only, unless otherwise stated. I will cover the Paypal fees as it is expected from the artist per PayPal ToS.

Refunds are available IF Roxoah has not yet started your commission.

If Roxoah has already started the process, the difference in price can be refunded, depending how much work has been completed.

Roxoah reserves the right to stream the process of the commission or post WIP’s to social media/his sub-only discord channels. (See the NDA section below for more information regarding Roxoah not being allowed to share the process. )

The client will always receive a sketch for a pose to ensure it’s to your liking. Once approved by the client, you are not allowed to make changes to the pose and composition during further stages.

The client will always receive a flat coloured WIP to ensure colours are correct. You may request colour changes during this phase.

After flat colours have been agreed to, you will not be allowed to request colour changes.

Wait times can be between 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on the project.

For a sketch commission, you will receive a rough sketch WIP in case anything needs minor adjustments [thicker legs, change expression etc]. The final sketch file will be between 2000-3000px.

For coloured work, you receive a rough sketch, sketch, lineart WIP, flat colour WIP [in case any colours need to be changed]. The final file will be sent as a full resolution between 4000-6000px, as well as a small watermarked version around 2000px.

Fullbody models will be 8000px in height. Width depends on model design.

Vtuber models come with the ready-to-rig PSD file, a promotional image, PNG images including possible alt outfits/hairstyles.

In terms of rigging, you will not receive the source (.cmo3) file. You will receive a fully ready-to-use fine tuned model with VTS settings.

If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

Full privacy [no wips, no streaming progress]: + 100% of the total quote

Partial privacy [no wips, allowed to stream]: + 50% of total quote

If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

The minimum price increases pricex2, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if deemed fitting.

The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork. Publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, Fansly etc).
